where is the neighbors? (show ip bgp summary)

Hi,

I have completed 14.1 to 14.7.

There were some problems, eg. task 14.6 PE-CE Routing with RIP which I think messed some of my other solutions up, since I dont know if I did it correct; bottom-line it seems to work, but I get some prefixes that I shouldn't and had a default route on SW1, now both is removed.

But now, when I do either a sh ip bgp sum or sh ip bgp nei I get nothing on R4 and R5, R6 show R4 but with a NoNeg state.

Anyone knows what NoNeg means and how to see the BGP neighbors?
