Changing ospf Route-type

Hi ,

I have a PE router shown below which has local 9.9.9.9 from direclty attached CE and 11.11.11.11 destined for this CE from BGP as External. I have been seeing variants of change-of process-id , domain-id and possible implementations of sham-link.

In the below situation, do i have any possibility to make these routes 'O' or 'O IA' by any modifications in PE ?

9.9.9.9 ->        OSPF DOMAIN ID:0x0005:0x000000010200  OSPF RT:0.0.0.0:2:0

11.11.11.11 -> OSPF DOMAIN ID:0x0005:0x000000010200  OSPF RT:0.0.0.0:5:1

Anyways to change RT here , is the even changable ?
